With over 35 years of experience at the very top of Professional and International rugby, Fraser and Al have established themselves as experts in scrum, Lineout, defence and the contact area. Alongside their expertise, they both have a love for the game, a passion to help young players of all ages improve and enjoy their rugby, and ultimately, a dream to help as many young players as possible progress into professional rugby and onto the international stage.
Having both played in technically challenging and specialised positions, they believe young players should be equipped at an early age with the fundamental skillsets that will allow players to develop into better players and be able physically and technically, to excel at every level of rugby.
Fraser and Al believe that by giving players the fundemantal skills around scrum and set piece, tackle and the contact area at an early age they can help players enjoy and progress in a safe and technically excellent way.
Rugby is a contact sport, a brilliant sport, teaching players about teamwork, communication, problem solving, leadership, respect, resilience and many more vital skills needed to succeed in life. We believe in coaching young players how to play the game in the safest way. Alongside input form physio’s, strength and conditioning coaches and other coaches within pro rugby, we want to equip all players with the skills to play the game we love.
